Lack of adherence can quickly cause one to be beat
If feet don't move, it matters not that the stroke is "on"

The laws of physics will dictate what Pongers can do
This holds true for all Pongers including me and you
The physical laws of Newton are not open for the con

There are no "free lunches" you have to use technique
When you don't -- Pong shots will often look most bleak
Use not mere reps, but proper drills to get shots "right on"

If a Pong ball is slow, you can do more than just reach
Move your feet so the other limbs don’t almost breach
Don't twist one foot behind, but use two to stay upon

Close the elbow for control and don’t yank the shoulder
The stroke looks harder than trying to lift a large boulder
Success at Pong depends on what strokes you do don
