There is one who does not hit or smash
Yet Pongers fear he will turn them to ash
He doesn't loop, chop or even spin
Yet he wipes away the Ponger’s grin
No standard stroke, just a howling yell
Could those who cross him go to hell?
Who is this mystery man with feet so bare?
That to the Pongers creates such a scare
In the Field House many come within
Cheerleaders cause Head Coach to grin
Most through the doors are pretty tame
The mystery man yields a stick but is not lame
Coaches and even those who are World-Class
Fear the Mystery Man would make them Trash
He has no blade as Pongers would so define
Yet to go against him would cross the wrong line
With no standard strokes, you may ask why
All the Pongers fear this mystery guy
Even Pongers who think they are slick
Fear the "Guy with the Bamboo Stick"
